Information for patient families:

• Sponsorship:

  It is possible to sponsor the event and have the family/company name displayed as workshop sponsor. Contact us HERE for more information.

• Registration:

  Attendance in person is free. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover costs for room and board. This needs to be paid by the attendees.

• Distribution of information:

  All speakers will provide abstracts of their talks and the organisers will publish a meeting summary after the event. The round table sessions will be recorded and made available online after the event. Note that the patient family round tables will be held in hybrid format, so patient families can also attend via a video link (please request the link HERE).
