Attendees are strongly encouraged to present a poster.
At least five oral presentations will be selected from the abstracts. Please note titles and abstracts must not exceed 30 and 350 words respectively.
We offer two registration options:
1) A full package that includes accommodation, registration fee, lunch and dinner from August 31st-September 3rd
Costs: Trainees: 400€/Academic researchers: 500€/researchers from industry/companies: 600€
The deadline for this package is March 31st, 2023.
2) A partial package that includes registration fee, lunch and dinner only
Costs: Trainees: 150€/Academic researchers: 200€/researchers from industry/companies: 300€).
The deadline for this package is August 1st, 2023.
Note that prices are based on double room occupancy. Single room booking +€60
